Programa en Transformación Digital en el Sector Público
Public sector digital transformation requires not only tools or regulations, but also people with capacities to lead changes from within institutions. The challenge was to offer high-level training that did not stay in the conceptual, but connected with decision-makers and generated concrete effects in public entities.
We designed and implemented a specialization program in digital transformation of the public sector for two consecutive years. The program addressed relevant content for state modernization and, through alliances with public entities, ensured the participation of professionals who held decision-making roles in public institutions. This allowed the training experience not only to strengthen individual capacities but also to generate a cascade impact within the home organizations.
We designed and facilitated a training program aimed at strengthening digital transformation capacities in the public sector, with a focus on practical application.
The program was carried out for two years in a row and reached a 95% student approval rate, strengthening capacities and consolidating itself as one of the most successful experiences of the Graduate School. The participation of decision-making professionals in public institutions amplified the scope of learning and contributed to the contents having real application in different spaces of the State.
